The format
The YML Forum is a mix of plenary sessions and technical workshops. The programme is designed for each session to be a place for exchange, free dialogue, enabling every participant to express his or her solutions and chose the concrete initiatives the network will carry.

One year after the launching of the Union for the Mediterranean, the efficiency of which seems jeopardized, mainly, by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the YML 2009 addresses the redefinition of the euro-mediterranean zone. The 2nd edition of the YML Forum will therefore focus on the theme: “the utopia of Euro-Maghreb”.

Several pretigious speakers will honour us with their presence in Seville and will come share with the participants their vision of the Mediterranean.
